You may recall seeing the notice about American servers for Tamatown is being shut down (Picture below).
This has come as a horrible surprise for everyone about Bandai's decision that they are shutting down TamaTown, but I sent an email about this and I got a reply! But you might find yourself upset by the reply.
So this the reply I got. It appears to me they messed Tamatown up to make it look like it was a technical problem but I think it was because it stopped selling. As they said for now the V3 & V4 are still up and running, but will shut too. I miss TamaTown too, but what can we do about it? I guess we can't. :(

I wish TamaTown would come back up, and I really think they had technical problems, and decided whatever, they had better things to do than fix the site as the toy was not selling anyway.
